Clean & Seal

Concrete, pavers and liquid limestone are all sold to home builders and renovators as solutions that will leave your home looking classy and modern, with the expectation that it will continue to look the same.

Unfortunately, these products fade, and become stained and overrun with growth, alarmingly quickly.

A myriad of problems such as staining, growth, fading and degradation become present in most common driveway and outdoor surfaces.

Liquid limestone attracts the most growth, concrete is easily stained and pavers fade the most while accumulating the most dirt in it’s larger pores, but they are all susceptible to the same problems.

Fortunately we can clean and restore these surfaces back to an impressive looking feature of the home, but it’s not a permanent solution.

The last thing we want to see is a client paying for pressure cleaning, only for the growth and staining to return the next winter.

The solution is to apply a high quality, penetrating sealer that will lock in the quality of the seal for many years to come.

Market Leading Penetrating Sealers

Sealer technology has come a very long way, even in the last 5 years.

Solvent based coating sealers are no longer necessary and for most use cases, are far inferior to modern water based penetrating sealers.

We can prevent growth, staining (wine, oil, coffee etc.) and prevent colour fading very effectively and for a very long time. Until recently, water based sealers had an effective lifespan of less than two years, where we can now get up to 10 years with some products.

We can apply Fluoropolymer, Silane/Siloxane, PolySiloxane, Sodium Silicate, or Siliconate sealers depending on your needs.

Here’s a few of the benefits:
